Amoria Bond Cleans Up

Amoria Bond gives each employee one fully paid day per year to volunteer for a cause of their choice and some of our incredible teams have been using that time to clean up across Europe.

Following the disastrous flooding across Germany earlier this summer, volunteers from our Cologne office stepped up to use help clean up efforts in some of the affected areas across the North Rhein Westfalen. Many homes and businesses had tragically been destroyed by the extensive flooding, with family and friends of Amoria Bond impacted.

A team of employees, led by embedded systems team manager Dustin Hoeger, used their annual volunteer day to join the clean up operation and make a difference to the relief efforts. In addition, the company and many employees donated to the German Red Cross to help those who had been most affected.

Over in The Netherlands another group of employees was conducting their own clean up, with our EU Engineering Contract team gathering their families for a day of picking up litter on Zandvoort beach.
