2017 has proven to be another multi-award-winning year for Amoria Bond who on Wednesday 4th October picked up two more awards at the annual Recruiter’s Investing in Talent Awards event held at The Brewery, London.  For a second consecutive year, Amoria Bond won ‘Most Effective Professional Development Programme’, as well as being crowned ‘Best Temporary Recruitment Company to Work For’.  The judges noted that Amoria Bond ‘had developed a strong career path that allowed for diverse learning styles and career transitions.’

Founding Director, Daniel Daw, said ‘Winning ‘Most Effective Professional Development’  for the second year running is a fantastic achievement and something we’re really proud of - especially as our entry was built around the real-life experiences and testimonials of our employees at various stages and levels of their career development and progression with us. Our companywide Training & Development programme is a collaborative team effort across the business with some excellent external partners. Significant internal investments in new Training Developments are allowing us to continue to evolve and enhance employee

development and we’re delighted this has been recognised by the Recruiter’s Investing in Talent Awards!

Similarly, having strategically accelerated growth of the contract side of our business globally over the last couple of years, it’s great to be named ‘Best Temporary Recruitment Company to Work For’. This award not only shows that we’re getting it right internally for our people in terms of the benefits, rewards, career-opportunities and development we provide, but also highlights that we’re a great business for both existing and prospective external contractor candidates to work with’.

Following an award-haul of 10 awards in 2016, these are the seventh and eighth accolades that Amoria Bond have collected so far this year, and coincide with a period of exceptional financial performance in the company’s 11th year of trading. Amoria Bond has also been shortlisted this week for two IRP awards in the categories of ‘Best Corporate and Social Responsibility’ and ‘Best Company to Work For (up to 150 employees)’, winners will be announced in December.
