We are proud that once again in 2021, our PROFES values - Positivity, Respect, Ownership, Fun, Excellence, and Success - were lived to the fullest by our employees.

But each year we recognise one person that truly embodied our values, going above and beyond for our colleagues, candidates, clients and community, and inspiring others to be more PROFES. This year Daan Fokkema, our Associate Director of Technology in Amsterdam, really stood out to the Group and was named Most PROFES of the Year during our Annual General Meeting last week.  

Not only has Daan delivered outstanding results throughout the whole year, achieved numerous goals and progressed both his own and his team's lives - he has also shown a fantastic growth mindset, led with a positive attitude and been a great example of PROFES to all his colleagues.

In addition, Daan is known for his sense of humour and creativity in providing a lot of fun and team spirit at work... during the long months of social restrictions and closures during the pandemic, he stepped it up a notch with his infamous quiz nights and team incentive games! Thank you for being so PROFES, Daan!
