Progressing our people: Alina Ferrante promoted to Principal Consultant

With Amoria Bond’s Cologne team hitting the beach for a weekend in Palma, the trip was the perfect place to announce a well-deserved promotion to Principal Consultant for Alina Ferrante - Step 3 on our 10 Steps to the Top and Alina's 2nd promotion in 6  months so far in 2021! 

Thanks to her incredible success rate, her outstanding work ethic and the great relationships she builds with her candidates, her clients and her colleagues we are delighted to have Alina as the first female Principal Consultant in our West German contract team.

Over the last few months Alina’s delivered some incredible results, from her record 8 contract deals in February with another 12 between March and August. Everyone who works with Alina recognises that she lives and loves her job and in return is loved by clients and candidates. She live the PROFES mind-set and is extremely hardworking to achieve her person and professional progression goals. She’s asked for her 100 promotion trees to be planted in Brazil’s State of Amazonas.
