Progressing our people: Christof Schäfer promoted to Senior Principal Consultant

Massive congratulations to Christof Schäfer on his recent promotion to become Amoria Bond’s first Senior Principal Consultant in our German Contract IT department, reaching step four on our 10-Steps to the Top programme.

Christof’s built a strong reputation for going beyond the call of duty to deliver great results and help his own team reach their own progression goals.

He is constantly looking at the marginal gains he can make to become better at his job – whether that’s from adjusting his wording to clients and candidates, reading books about sales and self-development, and setting clear targets for what he wants to achieve. Besides working to progress himself, he shares his knowledge and best practice tips with his team of three consultants on a daily basis through training sessions, role plays and one-to-ones.

His success with clients and candidates, the great service he delivers and the great financial result he brings to the company make him a role model to his team who is extremely deserving of this latest promotion. He’s asked that the 100 trees we plant for his promotion are grown in Brazil.
