Equity, Diversity and Inclusion sits at the heart of our purpose of Progressing Lives Everywhere, which is why we are delighted to have won the Best ED&I Award 2023 by APSCO Deutschland!
Our groupwide ED&I strategy allows everyone to not only be their authentic selves but to contribute to our workplace culture to ensure a diverse and inclusive environment for everyone.
We’re proud that our Cologne office has been recognised by such a prestigious body as an inclusive place to work where everyone feels welcomed and respected. And this is largely thanks to our employee-led Culture committee, ED&I committee and ASCEND steering committee, who have led inclusion events, education initiatives and opportunities for people to feed back suggestions to the business on ways we can continuously improve our working environment.

We’re committed to making continuous improvements to our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion strategy. We’re not perfect but we’re moving in the right direction, as reflected not just by this award but in our recent Diversity Dimensions survey across our offices.
In this survey 100% of respondents in our Cologne office said “I enjoy working here”, 100% said “I feel respected by my colleagues” and 100% said “In my experience the company provides an inclusive working environment for all employees regardless of backgrounds and differences.
