It’s another big promotion announcement from Amoria Bond this week, with the appointment of Natasha Crump to Chief People & ESG Officer.
Congratulations Natasha!
There won’t be many in the business who haven’t met, been supported by, or looked after by Natasha in one way or another. She has shown real ownership and professionalism this year, going consistently above and beyond to meet her own high standards, helping the people and the business move forward.
During this year, Natasha has taken on several business areas we felt we could improve on, and even if she didn’t have the experience, she took a course, rolled up her sleeves, and learned on the job until she felt she had mastered and improved it. Group marketing was an example of this; the fantastic team she assembled and the work she has overseen to culturally align our content output, and support colleagues in multiple global locations, has resulted in the most robust and effective marketing strategy we’ve ever had.
She has worked incredibly hard to position the brand this year and has once again been at the centre of our awards process, where we were shortlisted for six and won two (Global Recruiter Best ED&I Strategy for a Recruitment Business & REC Community Impact of the Year), along with being ‘Highly Commended’ by Talint for being the Best Large Recruitment Company to Work For.
Natasha’s positive can-do attitude is infectious; she is often the glue between functions with a sixth sense of the right thing to do. Simply put, she gets on and does things, she makes the complex simple, she doesn’t need asking twice, she isn’t afraid of disagreement or challenging conversations, she’s super passionate about our business, she leads from the front, and is an ambassador for us all in respect of PROFES.
I have been fortunate to have worked with strong positive women leaders in my career and am glad to say Natasha is one of them; along with Amy Steel, she has been the perfect person to launch our ASCEND initiative to attract, promote and retain female colleagues within the business, which is swelling with members as we close in on 300 staff and 47%(f)/54%(m) representation in the business.
Natasha is a role model for us all; she deserves our thanks, praise, congratulations, and of course, the promotion.
